Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling: A $20 fee applies if you reschedule within 72 hours of your scheduled course date.

 Cancellations requested more than 72 hrs prior to a scheduled class may receive refund, less a 10% administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancelling within 72 hrs of scheduled class or for no-shows. In these cases, you forfeit your payment.

 Emergency Cancellation: Train4life CPR reserves the right to cancel a class at anytime, due to low enrollment, weather conditions or any uncomfortable circumstance.

 Attendance: It is strongly encouraged that attendees be on site at least 5 minutes before the listed start time for the class. CPR training begins the moment the instructor begins his/her lesson. Student are expected to arrive on time and be present for the entire class to receive a certification. Students arriving more than 10 (ten) minutes late for class may be denied entry altogether and will have to reschedule. A $20 rescheduling fee applies. Students also cannot bring non-registered attendees to their class (e.g., friends, family, children, co-workers, etc,)
